That deep-in-the-trenches experience is the foundation of my practice. I don't just understand property law from a textbook — I understand it from the perspective of an owner, a developer, and a business operator.

That perspective allows me to act as a strategic architect—whether I am securing entitlements to unlock development potential or serving as a professional trustee to safeguard family legacies.
